Popular actress Tamannaah Bhatia recently made headlines with two major real estate deals in Mumbai. He has reportedly secured premium office space in the city and mortgaged several properties.

Luxury office space in Juhu Tara
The actor has reportedly taken a 6,065 square feet commercial property on lease in Mumbai’s affluent Juhu Tara. The five-year lease agreement with Nanavati Construction is Rs 18 crore per month. The rent is subject to increase in the fourth and fifth years and will reach 20.16 GEL and 20.96 GEL per month, respectively. The deal was reportedly finalized on June 27, with Bhatia paying a security deposit of Rs 72 lakh.

Mortgage on Ander’s apartments
In a separate transaction, Tamannaah has reportedly mortgaged her three flats located on Veera Desai Road in Andheri to an Indian bank lender. The total value of the mortgage is 7.84 mln. The deal was registered on June 14, with Bhatia paying a stamp duty of Rs 4.70 lakh.

After coming to the professional front, he will be seen in the upcoming film It is a VedaNext to John Abraham and Sharwar Wag. The premiere of the film is scheduled on Independence Day. Besides, Bhatia is known to have a special dance number in the upcoming film Street 2Starring Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkumar Rao.
