Salman Khan and Atli reunion is expected to happen very soon but in a way that some audience wanted. According to reports, the Bollywood megastar and the superstar filmmaker are joining hands for a brief period, with Khan set to make a special appearance in the upcoming action thriller Baby John, starring Varun Dhawan. While the same details are kept under wraps about the character Salman will be portraying, we hear that the superstar has given his nod.

Audiences will be in awe of their on-screen reunion for films like Judwaa 2 and Antim: The Final Truth. According to a report by Peeping Moon, we understand that Salman is yet to shoot for this film and will be sharing screen space with the SOTY actor for a massive action sequence which is expected to be quite extensive. Additionally, the story says that the actor is planning to film the said appearance in August, though his schedule is weather dependent.

Last month, many reports suggested that Salman Khan is teaming up with filmmaker Jaawan for a two-hero project and the names of several South superstars like Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan were doing the rounds. In fact, a trade source was quoted exclusively Bollywood Hungama“Sun Pictures will be producing the film and they share a family connection with superstar Rajinikanth. On the other hand, Atlee has been associated with Salman Khan for the past two years. They are confident of getting both Rajinikanth and Salman Khan on board.

Also starring Wamika Gabi, Keerthy Suresh and Jackie Shroff, Baby John is the official remake of Thalapathy starrer Theri (2016) and is produced by Atlee. The film, which is directed by Kale, is currently expected to wrap up its shooting schedule, and while it was slated for a June release, it has now been pushed back to a Christmas release on December 25.
