After a solid opening weekend of Rs. 112 crores, directed by Nag Ashwin Kalki 2898 refuses to slow down at the box office in Hindi markets. According to our tracking, Kalki 2898 has collected in the range of Rs. 17 to 18 crores, 5-day gross collections of approx. R. 130 million.
The film starring Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan and Kamal Haasan is on its way to becoming a blockbuster in Hindi as the trend so far suggests that a frame of Rs. 300 million club. It only fell by 15 percent on Friday and the film has now performed very well at the box office.
first week Kalki 2898 will be within the ruble. 170 crore and is confirmed to enter the 200 crore club by the end of the second weekend. The film received positive reviews from the audience and critics and is now set to become a major money-maker for all stakeholders.
The film is doing well in the South Indian versions as well and has a global finish of Rs. 1000 million marks.
