Kiran Rao had a fun day with ex-husband Aamir Khan on Sunday and son Azad. Kiran shares beautiful snaps on her Instagram stories. Kiran Rao can be seen clicking a selfie in the first picture. Kiran Rao, Aamir Khan and Azad are seen wearing shades of white. Kiran Rao titled the film “Rao-Khan Holiday”. In the second picture, Kiran and family can be seen posing with their friends against a lush green backdrop. Kiran wrote under the caption “Sunday Funday”. Take a look:
Earlier this month, Aamir Khan celebrated his mother’s birthday with his ex-wife Reena Dutta and Kiran Rao, daughter Ira, sisters Nikhat and Farhat, sons Junaid and Azad and son-in-law Nupur Shikhare along with other friends and family members. In an interview with NDTV, EEarlier this year, Kiran Rao spoke about her decision to go public with her divorce. Speaking to NDTV, he said, “It’s a conscious decision because in some ways, we realize that… You know you’re in the public eye. You’re living your life in public. What we’re doing is completely legal, morally and ethically it’s better to be up front about it and not let people guess about it.
Kiran Rao added during the interaction, “So what happens is, even after you say it, people can make sense of it but if you don’t, it’s very easy for people to get mad. And we’ve seen how big public figures have big personalities. They’re pulled through things when they’re going through times of trouble and pain.”
On the work front, Kiran Rao made his directorial comeback after a decade with Lapata Ladies. The film received a lot of love from the audience and critics. The film is co-produced by Aamir Khan’s production house.
