Congratulations, Champion Team India. The Rohit Sharma-led team lifted the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup trophy on Saturday. The team literally snatched victory from the jaws of defeat. Beating South Africa by seven runs, India brought home the trophy after 11 years. Fans including our favorite stars celebrated the special moment in a big way. From Ranveer Singh to Vicky Kaushal, celebrities have shared their raw emotions on social media. Ranveer has uploaded not one, not two, but five posts. First, the actor shared a video of himself dancing in front of a screen. Team India can be seen lifting the trophy on the screen.

Next, Ranveer Singh Hardik Pandya’s nervous bowling of the final over of the innings took Team India to victory. Ranveer said in the video that he has some respect for his name. In the caption, he wrote, “My boy Hardik Pandya redeemed.”

Later, Ranveer Singh shared a detailed note to praise his favorite players. For Virat Kohli, who announced his retirement from T20 cricket after the match, Ranveer wrote, “King dropping the anchor is the way to cap an amazing career! Virat Kohli.” For Akshar Patel, he added, “Axar Patel offers clutch with BAPU”. “Bumrah… Jasprit Bumrah, the greatest Indian pacer of all time,” wrote Ranveer for Jasprit Bumrah. Praising Suryakumar Yadav, Ranveer mentioned, “Sky with the most iconic outfield catches in the history of the sport frame! Suryakumar Yadav. Next, Varun shared a collage of the happy moment when Rohit kissed Hardik Pandya. Hailing Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma for their firepower, Siddharth Malhotra wrote, “What a performance, #TeamIndia! Vicky Kaushal Couldn’t keep calm after a big win. He posted a picture of himself sitting in front of the TV and cheering for the team.

Celebrating the historic win, Karthik Aryan said, “Team India refused to surrender. Aaj World Cup Nahin Dil Jeet Liya Hamesha Ke Liye, A historic victory for Team India.”

Ayushmann Khurrana posted a video of himself wearing a Team India jersey and captioned it, “Tears of joy! It’s a huge group hug of 140 crores! What a match! What a crowd! Kiara Advani shared an elaborate note along with pictures of the Indian cricket team. She wrote, “Woohoo !!!!!!
