Now, Ranveer Singh, who is known for his undying passion for the game, shared a special note for the one and only Virat ‘King’ Kohli on Instagram Stories. The batter announced his retirement from the T20 format of the game at the post-match presentation ceremony. Sharing a detailed note, Ranveer said, “The king drops the anchor. What a way to close out an incredible career! Virat Kohli.” Rohit Sharma, Rishabh Pant and Suryakumar Yadav steadied the ship after the early dismissals. Kohli kept things under control with an impressive knock of 76 off 59 balls. He was also awarded the man of the match award.
