New Delhi:

Karthik Aaryan is gearing up for its much awaited release Chandu Champion, Recently, in an interview, she had revealed her earlier rift with Karan Johar Lalantop. Talking about the alleged rift that arose after his exit from Dharma Productions. Dostana 2, Karthik said, “Dekhiye, wo boht purani bath ho gayi. Kai bar bahut miscommunication hota hai aur kai bar bahot cheezeen out of proportion bhi chali jati hai aur sceptifically jab voh likha jata hai toh voh sound kuch karta hai.” (This news is quite old now. Many times, there is a miscommunication or something goes wrong, especially when something is written and it sounds completely different).”

Without divulging further details, Karthik said that work is his first priority and does not want to get involved in any controversy. Karthik Aryan told The LalanTop, “Main tab bhee silent tha and ab bhee silent hoon an batan pe. I am 100% focused on my work and when such controversies happen, I keep quiet about them. I don’t get too involved in them. And I don’t have to prove anything to anyone by getting involved).

FYI, Dharma Productions shared an official announcement in 2001, mentioning the relaunch of the much-hyped project. Dostana 2. In a statement, “Due to professional circumstances, we have decided to maintain a respectful silence – we will be recasting Dostana 2 directed by Colin D’Cunha.
